1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of Vintage Items

All items sold by oadiesco are vintage or pre-owned, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the nature of vintage clothing:

• Items may show signs of wear, aging, or minor imperfections.

• Variations in color, fabric, and fit may occur.

• We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately, but slight differences may exist.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However:

• Errors may occasionally occur.

• We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

• If a pricing or description error is discovered after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.​ ​​

4. Pricing & Payments

• Payment must be completed in full before an order is shipped.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

• All Items are listed in GBP.

5. Shipping

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

• Once an order is delivered to the provided address, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, we do not offer exchanges. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 

Your Rights:

 

Under consumer Contracts regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund, provided the item is returned in it's original, unworn condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.

Returns for faults or errors:

We will offer a refund if:

• An item was significantly misrepresented (for example: incorrect size listed, undisclosed major damage). 

• The wrong item was sent.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders are handled in accordance with the Returns & Refunds policy above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content associated with oadiesco, including logos, images, product photos, text, and branding, is our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Any brand names or trademarks featured on vintage items are the property of their respective owners. 

oadiesco is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to disrupt or harm our website or operations

• Provide false or misleading information

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

​To the fullest extent permitted by law, oadiesco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability of:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless oadiesco from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
